Anyone who spent time around Billy also knew how much he loved his phone. He kept up with friends would spend countless hours talking with his best friend, Jill. Billy enjoyed staying connected with the people who mattered to him. His friendship with Jill was an especially important part of his life as he spoke about her frequently.
