Steven Depalma,
Sr.
d. Jul 3, 2025

In Loving Memory of Steven DePalma Sr.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of a kind and gentle soul, Steven DePalma Sr., who left us far too soon on July 3, 2025, at the age of 56. Born in Vineland, New Jersey, Steven spent over 35 years as a dedicated insulator, most recently employed with Cozy Homes.
Steven will be remembered for his easygoing nature, warm heart, and quiet strength. He embraced the simple joys of life — spending time with loved ones, sharing laughter with friends, or cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys. Whether relaxing in his favorite chair or enjoying the company of family, Steven had a way of making everyone feel at ease. His calm, steady presence was a reminder to slow down, savor the moment, and appreciate life's little blessings.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 31 years, Margie, his loving mother Sandra DePalma, and his cherished children: Kyle Auberzinski (Stephanie) and Kenzie DePalma. He also leaves behind his siblings Cheryl Simione (Anthony), Andy DePalma (Sandy), and Bobby DePalma (Cathy); his brother-in-law Bill Lewis (Dawn); granddaughter Kylie Auberzinski; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and dear friends who deeply loved him.
Steven was predeceased by his son, Steven DePalma Jr., his brother Michael Errickson, his father Robert DePalma, and his mother-in-law Diane Berenfeld.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a viewing on Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Barr Funeral Home in Millville, NJ. A graveside service will be held the following day, Friday, July 11, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Laurel Lawn Cemetery, 170 Old Deerfield Pike, Bridgeton, NJ.
Steven's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He was a source of comfort, laughter, and love — a steady light in the lives of many. He will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
