Ruthann V. Banks, 61, of Millville, passed away peacefully at home on October 22, 2026, after a long illness. Born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, she graduated from Millville High School in 1983 and worked for Prudential for many years until her retirement. She loved country music, crafting, watching her Christmas movies, and she cherished spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger; her parents, Kenneth Mosley and Helen (Hickman) Mosley; her stepmother, Yvonne Mosley; and her brother, Kenneth Mosley, Jr.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Jennifer Seda (Will), Stephanie Brown (Jason), and Michelle Crawford (Blaine); her grandchildren, William, Miranda, Amanda, Blaine Jr., Britni, Jay Jay, Juan, and Mia; and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Kimberley Harper; her sisters-in-law, Carol Mosley and Peggy Banks; her brother-in-law, Ronnie Banks; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved fur baby, Peanut.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Barr Funeral Home in Millville on Friday, October 30, 2026. Friends and family will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
