Roselee Rizzo, 59, of Millville passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 11th. She leaves behind the biggest pieces of her heart, her lifelong partner of nearly 40 years, Thomas Raymond; her daughters, Catherine Raymond (Keith) and Victoria Raymond (Cole); and her grandchildren, Joseph Wills, Vincent Hutchinson, Noah Dilks, Ethan Shaw, Alannah Bachman, and Blake Scheuvront. Roselee was beloved by her siblings: Deborah Bowser, Marie Whitson (Dave), Albert Rizzo, Jr. (Kim), James Bowser (Suzie), Cynthia Overs, and David Overs Jr. She was cherished by her chosen sister, Barbara Carney (Nolan) and countless cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by, her daughter, Lisa Dilks; her mother, Sandra Overs; her father, Albert Rizzo, Sr.; Stepmother, Violet Rizzo; and her brother, John Rizzo, Sr..

Roselee grew up in Newfield as part of a large Italian family that contributed to her "say it like it is" no filter approach to life. Her love for all animals, especially cats, and her desire to help others were central themes to her life. Her laugh was infectious and could be heard from rooms away. She dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren and fought her battle with cancer to spend every possible minute she could loving them. Friends quickly became family as anyone who crossed her path gravitated towards Roselee's incredible heart. Her absence will be mourned deeply but she would tell you that she is home with Jesus and finally embracing her daughter Lisa, her parents, and her brother John.

A memorial will be held at the Laurel Lake Fire Hall, 5436 Battle Ln, Millville, NJ 08332, Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 1 PM to 3:30 PM.
