Pearl J. Gross "Gee", 93, daughter of Ellis Berry and Grace Greenwood Berry, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 17, 2017. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Joseph T. Gross and son, John B. Berry, also her siblings, Herbert (Satch), Charlotte Ann,
Walter, and Marsden. Pearl lived a full life with wonderful friends and family surrounding her.
She is survived by her grandson, John K. Berry, granddaughter, Kimberly S. Livingston, grandson-in-law, John Livingston and great grandchildren, Nicole Livingston and Simone Livingston; her daughter-in-law, Gloria Morrison, and step daughters Eleanor Noritake and
JoAnn Cole. She also has many nieces and nephews.
Pearl was a long time resident of Millville, NJ. She worked as Branch Manager for 24 years in Runnemede with Underwriters, also known as Philadelphia A/E. In her years of retirement, she faithfully volunteered 6,000 hours at the Millville Hospital gift shop where she
was known as the Beanie Baby queen during that craze. Pearl also was a faithful member of St. John Bosco, Parish of All Saints church in Millville.
Pearl loved to spend time with her friends and family more than anything. She had many wonderful neighbors of which she was very fond. She babysat her great grandchildren in their
younger years and found much enjoyment in spending time with them. She always enjoyed making cakes for her neighbors and made sure the grandkids had plenty of candy and tasty cakes. Our "Gee" will surely be missed by many.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Friday, December 22, 2017 at Barr Funeral Home, 2104 East Main Street in Millville. There will be visitation with the family from 10 AM until 11 AM, followed by the funeral liturgy at 11 AM. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
