Otley W. Locke, age 54, of Millville, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at home.

Otley was born in Millville and graduated from Millville High School. He worked at the Cumberland Mall for a couple of years before becoming a Corrections Officer. He was currently employed at South Woods State Prison in Bridgeton. Otley enjoyed hunting, wrestling and his cats. He loved and cherished his children. He was predeceased by his father, Stacy Chester Locke and sister-in-law, Barbara Vanaman.

Otley is survived by his children, Daniel Locke and his wife, Brittany, and Cecil Locke; mother, Sandra Polhamus and her husband, Lewis; sister, Tracey Veach; brother, Stacy Locke, Jr.; mother and father-in-law, Karin and John Shaffer; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Otley's viewing on Monday, September 23, 2024, from 10 AM to 1PM at Barr Funeral Home, 2104 East Main Street, Millville, NJ 08332 with a funeral service at 1PM. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in order to establish an education fund for Cecil.
