Marie E. Danis, age 99 of Millville, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021, morning at home.

Born and raised in Cedarville, Marie had attended Bridgeton High School, graduating in 1938. She attended business school after graduation and was the credit manager for Kane Steel. Marie and her husband George were co-founders of Blinker Custard. She had been active in the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and was an avid pinochle player at Millville and Commercial Township Senior Centers. She enjoyed movies and the theater, crossword puzzles and reading. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. She is predeceased by her husband, George A. Danis, and children, Patricia and Jack. Marie was a delightful woman who was cherished by all who knew her.

She is survived by 4 children, Rosemary Danis, Rick Danis, Debbie Danis (Bob O'Donnell), and Doug Danis (Kathy Walsh), 5 grandchildren, Christopher, Stephanie, Jennifer, Allsion, and Jessica, and 3 great grandchildren, Giovanni, Luca, and Rocco.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing and funeral mass on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Divine Mercy Parish, St. Francis of Assisi Church, 23 West Chestnut Avenue in Vineland. There will be a viewing from 10 AM to 11 AM in church followed by the Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Millville.
