Katherine T. Cook, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Monday morning, September 23, 2013. She was born in Philadelphia to the late Edward and Helen (Straiton) Flerx. She lived in Philadelphia most of her life until recently moving to Millville. She worked in manufacturing for many years until later in life when she worked as a Home Healthcare Aide. She loved painting, Bingo and going to the Casino.

Katherine was predeceased by her husband France Q. Cook and daughter J. Kay Sirovatka. She is survived by sister, Helen Barth of W.V., son Dan Hyndman and wife Julie of Texas, son Jack Hyndman and wife Lynda of Louisiana, daughter Kathy Easmunt and husband Bud of Millville N.J., stepdaughter Frances Gonzalez and Kathleen Sheetz of PA., 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
