Karl H. Andrews, age 95 of Centre Grove, passed away Monday, June 3, 2024.

Karl was born in Cedarville and was a Centre Grove resident for most of his life. He graduated from Bridgeton High School. After graduation, he joined the Navy and served aboard several aircraft carriers from 1948-1952. Upon his honorable discharge, he worked at Airwork from 1952-1958. Karl then went to work for Wheaton Glass / General Mold and Machinery Co., as a mechanical engineer, a career that would last for 37 years.

Karl was very active in his life and traveled, played golf well into his 80's, enjoyed bowling, and hunting. He also enjoyed yard work and was a master craftsman. He has been a member of All Saints Parish since 1951 and served as head usher for 20 years. He was predeceased by his grand-daughter, Nicole Whildin.

Karl is survived by his wife of 73 years, Marie B. Andrews (nee Dempsey), his children, Paul Andrews and his wife, Valerie; Janet Reeves and her husband, Wayne; Elaine Camp and her husband Garry; and Barbara Ney and her husband, Stephen; grandchildren, Matthew Whildin, Timothy Andrews, Shannon McNiss, Jason Camp, Christopher Camp, Steven Turner, Elizabeth Ney, Patrick J. Ney; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Karl's viewing and funeral mass on Monday, June 10, 2024, from 9 AM to 10:30 AM at Barr Funeral Home, 2104 East Main Street in Millville. A Funeral Mass will be held 11 AM Monday at Parish of All Saints (St. Mary Magdalen Church), Buck and Depot Streets in Millville. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Millville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Parish of All Saints, 621 Dock Street, Millville, NJ 08332.
