Karen Jennifer Locker, age 54, passed unexpectedly and went to be with the Lord on March 26, 2022. She was born March 7, 1968 in Vineland, NJ. She was the youngest daughter of Elfrieda Taylor and the late George Locker of Millville, NJ. She was a loving mother to her daughter Hollyann.

She was a graduate of the Millville Senior High School class of 1986. Catering to her bubbly nature, she worked for most of her life as a waitress and made connections with those around her and shared smiles through all her interactions. She was a lover of life and strived to soak up every special part of even the simplest moments. She was a creative and free-spirit, talented artist, and skilled in the kitchen. She loved the beach, gardening, taking care of her pets, listening to music and singing along, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her mother, Elfrieda Taylor of Millville, NJ; step father, David Taylor of Millville, NJ; daughter, Hollyann Wettstein of Westminster, MD; sister, Suzanne Gilbert of Hudson, FL; nephew, Christopher Gilbert of San Antonio, TX; and niece Rebecca Betz of Vineland, NJ.

A gathering in remembrance will be held on Sunday, April 3 at 3 PM with visitation from 2 PM to 3 PM at Barr Funeral Home in Millville, NJ for family and friends to attend.
