Tom began his professional career as a chemical engineer, transitioned to establishing and maintaining a vibrant law practice in Maple Shade for 35 years, and continued as the Executive Director of the Willingboro Municipal Utilities Association. He later served as the Director of the Christian Life Center as well as pastor of the Christian Life Church in Waveland, Mississippi, after being impacted by the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
