Janet C. Blanck passed away peacefully on March 17, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. Janet was born on September 30, 1932 to late Edmund and Hazel Geissler. She was the loving wife of 34 years to the late Samuel B. Blanck Sr. who died in 1997. Janet was a graduate of Millville Senior High School in 1950. Janet was an active member of the New Hope United Methodist. She raised three wonderful children and her nephew Laurence Quinn. She worked at Model Blouse, Fashion Shop, and as a poll worker at the Board of Elections. She was avid Phillies and Eagles fan.
Janet is survived by her son Samuel Jr., two daughters, Lisa and Sandy and she raised her nephew Laurence Quinn III as her son. She has many nieces and nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by six sisters and two brothers.
Funeral services were held privately. A celebration of Janet's life will be held April 8, 2017 at 11am at New Hope Methodist Church in Millville.
