George Edward Seiferman, age 70 of Millville, passed away Wednesday morning at home. He passed peacefully in his sleep. Born in Millville, George was a class of 1963 graduate of Millville High School and a 1965 graduate of Pierce College. He served in the Army and Army Reserves for over 22 years. George like reading, classical music, Broadway shows and was a model train enthusiast. He enjoyed the beach, especially Sea Isle and West Palm Beach. His favorite pastime was Disney World, where he loved riding roller coasters.
George is survived by his: wife of 43 years, Brenda H. Seiferman; one brother, Charles J. Seiferman, Sr. and his wife Sharon; nephew, Charles J. Seiferman, Jr., and his wife Preddy; niece, Janet Dimsha and her husband William; brother-in-law, Brent K. Hollister; and sister-in-law, Jill Phelps and her husband John. He is also survived by 2 nephews, 3 nieces, 8 grand-nieces and nephews, and 2 great grand nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend George's funeral service 11 am Saturday at Barr Funeral Home, 2104 east Main street in Millville. There will be a viewing from 10 am to 11 am in the funeral home. Burial will private at the convenience of the family.
