Frank Craig Tozer, 57, of Millville New Jersey. Peacefully passed away the morning of Monday, April 13th, 2020. Frank was born in Millville, New Jersey on December 24th, 1962. Graduated from Millville High School in 1981 and continued his education briefly at The Art Institute of Philadelphia. Frank enjoyed hobbies such as cooking, painting, drawing, and crafts such as canning, sewing clothes and creating house decor. He enjoyed sitting outside in the garden reading and writing in his journal. In his earlier years, he had been commissioned to paint two murals in Cumberland County, one of which he did with his son by his side. Frank had a great sense of humor, he was easy going and down to earth, he walked to the beat of his own drum but was still loving and caring. He devoted the past 6 plus years to being his parents' primary caregiver. Frank is the dear son of John and Carol Tozer. Father to his son Cody Tozer and his spouse Antoinette, as well as his daughter Montana Jacobs, with her spouse Bryan and his grandchildren, Magnolia and Hudson. Loving brother to Jackie Choko, with her spouse John and children, Jack and Andi. Frank is also survived by his Aunt Linda Horan in addition to other family and friends. He is preceded in death by both his grandparents. Barbra Streisand said it best, "there is nothing more important in life than love." Frank will be missed and continued to be loved. Memorial services will be private.
