Frank Lupperger III, age 77 of Cumberland, passed away Friday morning at Inspira Hospital. He passed peacefully with his family by his side. Born in Millville Frank lived in Cumberland all of his life.   He served in the Army, worked for Durand Glass, and after retirement he worked with his son-in-law, Jeff's ceramic tile business. He also served as a Special Policeman in Maurice River Township and was a lifetime member of the Cumberland Fire Company. Family was important to Frank, so important that he donated bone marrow to his brother, George.

Frank is survived by his wife of 38 years, Margaret, his children, Frank Lupperger and wife Deborah, Tammy Maldonado, Margaret Lynn Locke, Jody Oliver and husband Jeff, and Kristi Locke; siblings, Marie Gerard, Frances Martin, Jean Amadei, Margaret Flash, Carol Warfle, and Ted Lupperger; grandchildren, Frank (Kelsey), Nicole (Jon), Shane, Brandon, Gage (Samantha), Ashley, Emily (Tyler), Casey (Louis), Donna, Joey, Kari (Matt), Shaina (Pete), Jeffrey, and Craig; and 12 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers, Lawrence, George, and John and his parents, Frank and Marie Lupperger.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Frank's viewing and funeral service on Tuesday, June, 22, 2021 at Barr Funeral Home, 2104 E. Main Street in Millville. There will be a viewing from 10 AM to 12 PM, followed by the funeral service at 12 PM. Burial will follow in Cumberland Methodist Cemetery.
