Obituary

Francine Keller Casius, age 83, of Cedarville, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at Inspira Medical Center.

Born on November 12, 1942, in Camden, New Jersey, Francine was the daughter of the late Earl Blaine Keller and Frances Hadley Keller. She graduated from Moorestown High School in 1960 and earned a degree in Teaching and Mathematics from Lycoming College in Pennsylvania.

Francine began her teaching career in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. She later moved to Vermont, where she combined teaching with her passion for skiing. After marrying and starting a family, she became a full-time mother while raising her three children. The family lived in many locations around the world—including St. Maarten, Alabama, Kansas, Lesotho (Africa), and the Netherlands—before returning to the United States and settling in Cedarville, New Jersey. Francine had a remarkable ability to relocate households and children across continents with grace and ease.

Upon returning to New Jersey, she resumed her teaching career at Myron L. Powell Elementary School in Cedarville, where she taught third grade, mathematics, and computer science. She cherished the profession, especially because it allowed her to share the same schedule as her children.

Francine was a devoted mother who always put her children first. She loved them unconditionally and made countless sacrifices to ensure they were safe, happy, and well cared for. She was happiest on the water, fishing and crabbing with her children in the Delaware Bay, where she taught them how to boat, fish, crab, and fillet their catch. An excellent cook, she passed this skill on to all three of her children.

In her retirement, Francine met the love of her life, Robert Noblett. Together they shared many joyful years traveling, cruising, visiting casinos, and enjoying social clubs such as the Fraternal Order of the Moose and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Known for being the life of the party, their loving and vibrant relationship was admired by all who knew them.

Francine is survived by her beloved life partner, Robert Noblett; her daughter, Marijke Huntley, and son-in-law, Rob Huntley; her son, David Casius, and his partner, Kate Patarcity; her son, Pieter Casius, and daughter-in-law, Mandy Casius; and her five grandchildren, Gerard Huntley, Doralba Casius, Jack Casius, Samuel Casius, Jeffery Reyna and Bobs children Tammy Glaser and Bryon Noblett. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Beverly A. Keller.
