Floyd Edward Pettengill passed away January 12, 2017 in Vineland.
Floyd was born September 11, 1926 in upstate New York. He served in the Army in World War II. Floyd attended Cornell University and graduated from Alfred University, where he studied Design, and enjoyed a long and successful career in glassware design. He retired as Design Director for Anchor Hocking/Anchor Glass.
Floyd is survived by 3 of his 4 siblings; 4 children; 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Floyd loved art, including a large legacy of watercolors, movies, and card games. His finest attributes were kindness, patience, intellectual curiosity, and unconditional love for his family.
