Eugene Hannah, age 80 of Millville, passed away Tuesday morning, September 3, 2019 at Inspira Health Center. Born in Waynesville, North Carolina, Eugene has been a resident of Millville for most of his life. He had worked at Silverton Marine Corp from 1973 to 2004, retiring from his position as supervisor. He is predeceased by his parents, William T. and Zonie Messer Hannah, 3 sisters, Mae Shelton, Virginia Summers, and Mary Taylor, and 4 brothers, Lonzo,Troy, L.V. and Johnny Hannah.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Emma; 2 sons, Robert at home and Eugene of Tennessee; 1 daughter, Emmajean Hyson of Missouri; 5 brothers, William, Willis, Louis, and Tommy of Millville and James Marvin of Tennessee; 1 sister, Nellie Clements of Texas; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Services will be private for the family.
