Elvira H. Brainin (Frazer), 94, of Millville, passed away peacefully at home on May 7, 2026. Born in Port Norris, New Jersey, she was a 1950 graduate of Millville High School and later worked in insurance billing for Prudential and VOGPA before retiring. In her younger years, she shared her musical talents by playing the piano at Broad Street United Methodist Church and for the King's Messengers quartet. She enjoyed trips to the beach and boardwalk, card games with friends, and, above all, time spent with her beloved family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; her parents, Leon and Mildred Frazer; and her son-in-law, Ken Mosley.

She is lovingly remembered by her children, Luanne Schwegal, Brian Cox (Hope), and Carol Mosley; her son-in-law, Steve Schwegal; her grandchildren, Dana (Damon), Brian (Rachel), Elizabeth (Steven), and Ayla; and her six great-grandchildren, Jacob, Jonas, Keegan, Kyler, John, and Jackson.

The family wishes to express its heartfelt gratitude to Maurice House and Suncrest Hospice for the compassionate and excellent care shown to Elvira.

A private service and burial will be held at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery, Millville.
