Donna L. Simpkins – Storms

January 8, 1953 – October 13, 2025

It is with great sadness that the family of Donna L. Simpkins – Storms announces her passing.

Born January 1953 in Philadelphia but lived most of her life in Millville.

She is predeceased by her mother Margaret Burnett (Cotner) and husband Roger Simpkins. Donna is survived by her husband, William "Andy" Storms, her father, Russell Wagner (LaVera), son Jamie Sharp (Noel), sisters Lynne Mullis and Wanda Wise, and her wonderful grandchildren, Stian Sharp, Chloe Storms and Joey Putnam.

Donna was an elementary school teacher in Millville for over 28 years. She was an avid runner and later an avid walker. She was always ready to travel or head to the beach. She loved her trips to Florida, Costa Rica and Punta Cana but especially loved going out west to her son and his family.
