Donald E. Davis, age 78 of Millville, died Monday in SJ Healthcare Hospice Center in Bridgeton. Donald was born in Westville and raised in Gloucester City. He relocated to Millville thirty-nine years ago. He served in the Army from 1957 to 1960. Donald was a skilled craftsman and worked as a cabinet maker for Silverton Marine Corp. for several years Donald was an active volunteer at the Commercial Township Food Pantry and an active member of the Laurel Lake Property Owners Assn. He is predeceased by his wife Anna and his daughter Donna.
Donald is survived by four step children; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Donald's funeral service 11 am Monday, January 14, 2013, at the Barr Funeral Home, 2104 East Main Street in Millville, where there will be a viewing from 10 am to 11 am.
