Debra Louise Knotts (Madden), as lovingly known as Debbie, passed away on May 9, 2026, after a recent illness. Born April 19, 1956, to William and Harriet Madden of the Cumberland section of Maurice River Township. She is survived by her daughter Jamie Watson and her husband Brian and fur grandbaby Hailey of Cedarville, her sweet furbaby Amber, sister Harriet Heaxt of Summerfield, Florida, brother-in-law Karl Charlesworth of Vineland, sister-in-law Ida Madden of Cumberland, and many nieces and nephews. Debbie is predeceased by her parents William and Harriet, sisters Joan "Pat" Ippolito and Doris Charlesworth and brothers John and Douglas.

Debbie loved working on crafts, sewing, playing cards with family members, shopping with her daughter, sitting by the ocean in Cape May and Ocean City, and many camping trips with family and friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to K9 for warriors or Tunnel to Towers Foundation in her loving name.
