Barbara P. Hunsicker, age 70 of Millville, passed away Sunday afternoon March 23, 2014 in her home. She passed peacefully with her family by her side. Born in Philadelphia, Barb has been a resident of Millville for 39 years. She had worked as a LDTC with the Child Study Team in the Millville School District.

She was a member of the Downe Yarners, Millville Stitchers Group, God's Helping Hands of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the Millville PAL. She was also active in the Adopt-A-Block, Relay For Life and Downe Township Seniors Association. Barb was an accomplished Quilter and also did quite a bit of Crocheting.  She loved all types of craft activities.

Barb always loved Lighthouses with East Point Lighthouse being her favorite.  Over the years, she visited most of the lighthouses from Maine to South Carolina.

Barb is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert M. Hunsicker; 2 daughters, Kathryn (Paul) Schischkin and Lauren Hunsicker;  a son, Robert P. Hunsicker; two sisters, Shirlee Rykiel and Judith Bubeck; and two grandchildren, Ryan and Kyra Schischkin.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Barb's Memorial Service 2 PM Saturday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 301 N. 3rd Street in Millville. Visitation will be from 1 PM to 2 PM Saturday in the church.
